Our stay here was such a wonderful, convenient base for exploring Luzhu. All the staff was helpful. - We had a brand-new and neat room. - the room also included great amenities like central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a refrigerator.

The hotel with tidy rooms, in a quiet area, near mall. The staff were amicable, patient and helped me with free parking. Fairly nice overall experience.

In general I had reasonably spacious, neat room, beds were comfy. Separate bathroom.

Convenient location near the airport and mall, easy to catch a clean taxi in the morning that the motel arranged for us. Our room had a spacious walk-in shower 🚿.

The location near a mall was great, and the wifi speed was impressive. The room looked clean and well maintained. They offered us complimentary milk tea and glutenous rice with pork floss, which we enjoyed.

Some of the staff could not speak English, which made communication difficult. We had pre-arranged early check-in, but upon arrival, we had to go back and forth to get it sorted out.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the staff were friendly and helpful, and even offered me a different room when the first one had a smoker, which I appreciated. Secondly, the room was beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and the nicest pillows I've experienced in any hotels I've stayed at in Taiwan. Thirdly, the hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, with a $12 taxi ride taking just 5 minutes. Lastly, the hotel's internet is perfect, and I was thankful for the English channels provided on the TV.

The room was incredibly spacious and had an amazing view. The staff was extremely kind and helpful throughout our entire stay. The location was perfect for a romantic escape, with plenty of beautiful sights within walking distance. Plus, the breakfast was absolutely delicious!

The Wi-Fi connection was a bit spotty at times and it was a bit noisy in the evening since the hotel was located near a busy street. those were minor issues that could easily be overlooked given all the amazing features this hotel had to offer.

Stayed near the airport and it was convenient. Got transportation on time and staff were friendly. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

The rooms were dirty with dried mud, the shower didn't drain properly with water leaking out the bottom, and the wifi didn't work in the first room we got. Breakfast was subpar and staff couldn't communicate properly.

Taxi services are punctual, making it easy to navigate the location. breakfast is nothing more than simple food. the restroom is big and clean, yet with only a bathtub without a showerhead, which some may find inconvenience.

On the downside, the communication with the staff was a bit challenging as they didn't speak English well. It would have been helpful if there were better language skills among the staff to avoid any miscommunication.
